HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Arcadia Science operates out of Australia and dispatches orders on a daily basis, excluding weekends. To ensure same-day dispatch, please place your order before 12 pm ACST.

Shipping within Australia:

  • EXPRESS SHIPPING: TYPICALLY DELIVERED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
  • STANDARD SHIPPING: DELIVERY TIME RANGES FROM 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS, EXCLUDING REMOTE AREAS.

Note: These timeframes are estimations and are not guaranteed. Refunds for shipping costs will not be provided in the event of delays caused by third-party carriers like Auspost.

Parcel Details:
We use discreet packaging to maintain the privacy of your parcel.

Tracking:
Upon collection by the courier, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the email you provided. All updates will be communicated through that email. If you don't find the emails in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as certain email providers (e.g., Gmail) may flag them.

HOW DO I RETURN OR REFUND AND ITEM?

Our customers satisfaction is our number one priority.

Returns are accepted within 30 days, the product must be completely unused with it's original packaging to receive a refund. You cannot post or return a used item.

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
